{"id":332,"date":"2021-04-29T09:42:00","date_gmt":"2021-04-29T09:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/weberhausmalzwei.de\/?p=332"},"modified":"2021-08-31T10:21:42","modified_gmt":"2021-08-31T10:21:42","slug":"danke-bauamt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/weberhausmalzwei.de\/?p=332","title":{"rendered":"Danke, Bauamt!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ende M\u00e4rz kam eine Mail vom Bauamt, dass wir im Obergeschoss die Planung nachbessern m\u00fcssen, weil die Absturzsicherung aus den Fenstern nicht ausreichend sei. Wir waren etwas verdutzt, da unser Bauberater extra einen Br\u00fcstungsstab eingeplant hatte, damit es keine Beanstandungen gibt. Wir schauten uns die Pl\u00e4ne von der Architektin also nochmal ganz genau an und tats\u00e4chlich, irgendwie begannen alle Fenster im OG in niedrigerer H\u00f6he als angenommen. Nach unz\u00e4hligen Mails und Telefonaten mit Weberhaus und Architektin hatten wir dann irgendwann auch den Fehler gefunden: Der Kniestock war von unserem Bauberater mit 2 Meter ab Fertigfu\u00dfboden gerechnet worden (also wie man es dann sp\u00e4ter in echt sieht), von der Architektin aber als 2 Meter ab Rohfu\u00dfboden geplant worden, weil das das \u00fcbliche Ma\u00df f\u00fcr den Kniestock ist. Die korrekte Kniestockh\u00f6he w\u00e4re 2,135m gewesen und deswegen waren alle unsere Fenster zu niedrig ausgefallen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-container-4 wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-container-1 wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/weberhausmalzwei.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/kniestock_alt-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-344\" width=\"218\" height=\"215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/weberhausmalzwei.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/kniestock_alt-7.jpg 435w, https:\/\/weberhausmalzwei.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/kniestock_alt-7-300x297.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 218px) 100vw, 218px\" \/><figcaption>alter Kniestock<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-container-2 wp-block-column\">\n<p><em>Tipp: Schaut euch nicht nur die Grundrisse, sondern auch den Schnitt ganz genau an. Die meisten Ma\u00dfe (Deckenh\u00f6he, Kniestock, Br\u00fcstungsh\u00f6he) werden in den Pl\u00e4nen vom Rohfu\u00dfboden aus gemessen. Wir haben dann in der Folge fast alle Fenster im OG noch einmal umgeplant, um die Br\u00fcstungsst\u00e4be, die zum einen unsch\u00f6n und zum anderen auch teuer sind, ganz weglassen zu k\u00f6nnen. Mit der L\u00f6sung sind wir nun sehr zufrieden und die Mehrkosten f\u00fcr die erneute Planung durch die Architektin \u00fcbernimmt Weberhaus. Das Ganze hat uns 4 Wochen gekostet, was exakt der Frist entsprach, die uns das Bauamt gestellt hatte.
